Credentialli says providers can upload credentialing documents once and share them across entities in a health system. Reuse can reduce duplicate collection, but each organization, facility, payer, plan, network, privilege, and lifecycle stage still needs its own requirement, evidence version, verification, authorization, acceptance, exception, effective date, and downstream status.
